Though this may be based in Ireland, the principles have a global implication and offer strategies and solutions that can and do work in any similar geography/climate? And in this era of chronic water shortages, droughts or floods it’s time we paid attention to Mother Nature?
She’s been at this a LOT longer than we have!!
In this four week exploration of the main challenges for water quality we will look at a suit of nature based solutions that can be used to repair the landscape and the waterways within it. More even than individual solutions per se, we will explore ways of thinking and seeing that will help us to respond to our local waterways with action that is both effective and grounded in care and love for the world around us.
